Michelle Yeoh, born on August 6, 1962, is a Malaysian actress known for her work in both Chinese and international films. She started her career in 1984 with a role in the Hong Kong film "The Owl vs. Bumbo." Yeoh gained international popularity with her portrayal of Wai Lin in the 1997 James Bond film "Tomorrow Never Dies." She has also appeared in films like "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon," "Memoirs of a Geisha," and "Star Trek: Discovery."
